Help! Contractions?

So I had my membrane sweep this morning. And now I think I'm having contractions. It's very cramp like pain in my back and stomach and it makes it near impossible for me to walk or move. They aren't super intense yet, I can still talk thru them. They are happening very frequently about every 3 to 5 minutes. The thing is they are only lasting 10 to 18 seconds. It's been going on for half an hour now. Do I wait for the contractions to get longer before I go in, or are they happening frequently enough for when the hour finishes?
