Advice??

Question

Been having contractions all night and morning just started timing and there 4-6 mins apart for the last 25 mins but not that painful more tightening and shooting pains through my back and round front very low. Lost a massive amount of plug today but no blood and feel like I need a poo but can't do one. Due tomorrow and just wondering if this sounds like anyone's labour or am I getting my hopes up. It's putting me about because the pain isn't terrible like I expected

That's how labor was with my first, I didn't even realize I was having contractions (it just felt like I needed to use the bathroom), then my water broke!  If you're concerned definitely go to L&D.

I'd give l&d a call. My mum was having contractions like that, they called her in to check as her first labour was really fast and it turned out she was in real labour. She went for a pee and all of a sudden the pain kicked in

I've had bouts of the same thing for about a week and a half now. They always die out. The "pain" is more intense cramping and intense dull ache in my back when my uterus tightens but certainly not a awful pain people talk about. So the "I'll just know" thing is hard bc it's a different sensation, definitely but not really pain. I'll call the midwife when I'm in PAIN not just discomfort
