How would you feel if you found out that before you and your bf met, he hooked up with a girl that resulted in a pregnancy and she got an abortion??  No relationship just a random hookup.

Past is the past... If they are out of each other's lives and you guys are going good, why hold it against him? People make mistakes and they felt that was the best choice for them.  If they still talk or something I would t approve at all but if it's an out of sight out mind thing move forward and be happy

I would feel he was pretty stupid for having unprotected sex with a rando but that's about it.  It's better than finding out he has a child he's not supporting.

I actually had this happen to me. 
Three weeks into my relationship with my now husband his ex "fuck buddy" who he had stopped talking to when he met me.( I didn't know about her until all this went down.). popped up in his messages saying she was pregnant and needed money for an abortion and he refused to give it to her. (We're both against it, personally) we offered to take the baby and raise it. Never heard anything back from her , until a month later she posted on Facebook that she had a miscarriage... It was very weird for me but I knew from the start I wanted something serious with him. So I just helped him deal with it.
