Milk banks?

I am planning on breastfeeding but have been trying to plan ahead in case I have issues. I'd really rather use human milk over formula but am not sure where to start searching for this. Obviously, this is just a backup and i would have to look at prices and all of that but, does anyone know of milk banks allowing the purchase of milk for health baby's who's moms can't produce? I live in Kansas City nissouri
