Contractions ??

I had this muscle pain in my upper stomach while I slept. It didn't wake me up 100% but I did feel it. When I went to the restroom to pee the same muscle pain had came back but this time in my lower abdomen. I'm. 14w1d and not sure whether do say they were mini contractions or round ligament pain. Usually when I have round ligament pain it doesn't feel like that and it's always on the sides of my stomach. Any ideas?
