Earl Grey Tea with Milk, Lemon or Black?

I LOVE Earl Grey tea, used to drink it with milk all the time because my ex boyfriends mother told me it tastes the best like that (she's British) but I'm since my pregnancy I prefer Lemon. 
How do you like your cup of tea?

And I've heard Earl Grey tea isnt good for you during your pregnancy, is that true?

Earl grey is fine, as are most reas that you can find in grocery stores.  Just be careful with ones that say they have some kind of health benefit, those usually have herbs added to them that are not good while pregnant. Some people limit black tea, like Earl grey, because it has caffeine.  The caffeine in tea is well below the limit of what is considered safe.

I've always done lemon with earl grey, but I know some like milk. I'm an English breakfast fan all the way. Limit myself to 2 cups now I'm pregnant, and any extra has to be decaf.

They say no black & most flowery teas while pregnant. I just gave it all up during pregnancy.
