SPOTTING 😥

Hey I'm currently 6wks 3days and I've been spotting off and on since the 10th it's very light only seen when I wipe but never anything heavy you can possibly miss it it's so light but I'm very observant.... Since I had a miscarriage back in July... Is anyone else experiencing this ???? I went to ER last night and they don't seem concerned they said my cervix is still closed and that spotting is common however I'm still worried...
