Can i have children ?

Hi I was in a long term relationship and it was our dream to have a child together after 4 years still nothing I went for tests and they found nothing wrong after about 8 1/2 months I found put that my ex partner is expecting his first child :s previous to this relationship I was with a school hood sweet heart for 2 years and after we split not long after he was expecting his first child :s so I'm just wondering what is wrong with me I get depressed at times and not to sure what else to do any suggestions ?
