Some opinions....

So I have constant back pain due to a herniated trigger point and scoliosis. But today I've had sharp lower back pains that last about 30 seconds each they're consistant but not exactly like 5 mins a part they come around every ten to 15 minutes. I've had back labor with my first but it is so hard to tell with all the back and pelvic pain and it's so sharp. I'll be 37 weeks in two days. I did lose my mucus plug once a few days ago. Had terrible SUDDEN swelling and lots of bad headaches. Been nesting like crazy and have no idea if I'm dilating or effaced yet. Little man is moving less but still can feel him. Any opinions? If they become more consistant I'll call but I live 5 minutes down the street from the hospital so not really concerned about making it there. Just kind of want some other insights.Seriously opinions
