Nexplanon implant

I've been on the implant for two years now and it was great when my period stopped however the irregular spotting is annoying on top of really tender nipples. I think the implant is wearing off because I haven't had any spotting in the last year or so and now I'm getting light periods and experiencing vaginal dryness. I'm so ready to get a new implant! Overall this birth control works great but my libido was down a lot but not having a was nice. period
