Water break?? Slow leak?

I'm freaking out! I literally just went pee 10 mins ago sat down on my couch and a little bit of liquid came out.  So I got up went back to bathroom and it didn't smell like pee.  There was no smell.   I'm not sure if I should go to hospital I'm not having any contractions.  Last time this happened I was having contractions but hospital said it wasnt my water breaking it was just a liquid form of discharge coming out from the contractions.  Sorry if this grosses anyone out.  Please help if anyone has some advice?
