Subchorionic hemorrhage

I need to know experiences with these i have one mine isn't behind the placent from what i was told its 4cm long by 2cm wide got diagnosed at 6 weeks due to a bleed no more bleeding since im almost 10weeks baby is growing great on track hb was 171 last US what can i do to make it go away? I am a single mom so i have to work was put on pelvic rest but that was lifted last week! I just want to kno my baby will be okay!!
