I'm a nanny.

Currently we have 2" of snow or so with ice starting to mix in already. My work kids have a dentist appointment at 5pm, catholic school and sports later were already canceled due to road conditions.

I don't feel comfortable driving myself even home in this weather yet alone my work kids and my newborn who's at work with me since kids are off school around in this, my boss though watching the news for Philly (40 miles south west of us) and said oh there's not going to be ice.

I'm just flustered becuase instead of just canceling she expects me to take them in unsafe conditions and then from there bring them to her gym for her workout class becuase she wanted me to stay late becuase no night activities and I said no.

I don't mind driving all over the place or staying late under normal conditions but last week it took me about 2 hours to get home (18 miles) because of a snow storm that they ran late coming home for the end of my shift too so roads where a mess.

Am i being silly or would you be flustered too.
