Worried😳😳

Yesterday my S/O and I had sex without a condom we usually don't because he gets scared and so do I because he says it feels really good..but we decided to do it and I didn't feel him cum inside me and he said that he didnt feel himself cum either but last night I was coughing and had a stuffy nose with a sore throat and I was just thinking I'm sick because I have been working in the cold a lot and it gets really stuffy sometimes at night because the room is very small and heats up fast but this morning along with the sore throat,coughing, and stuffy nose I have had bad cramps,a headache, and feel dizzy when I stand up sometimes I know there is a chance of being pregnant if you have sex without protection but does anyone recognize these signs for pregnancy or am I just sick?
