PUPPS

I got PUPPS. I'm 37 weeks and will be 38 weeks in 1 day. It's the most horrible feeling but thank god it wasn't any earlier. My due date is March 1st but my doctor told me that my baby is definitely not coming anytime before the due date. Any recommendations? I am currently using steroid cream it sort of helps but are there any other recommendations by any chance? I don't want to take the steroids by mouth I'm just not comfortable enough to take them.
