Confused

I went to the doctor a couple of months ago. They did a lot of tests. They said I have high testatorne levels. But they also did a hsg and they said everything is fine. The liquid goes to my ovaries and everything. Now I don't have health insurance and my husband I have been together for 4 years and we got pregnant once but miscarried. That was 2 years ago. What should I do??
