Nipple discharge

Okay I have to ask and trust me I feel so wierd about it. Last month before my period my nipples felt dry and hurt. I went into the bathroom and on each nipple there was a dot of white liquid. I squeezed my breast and more came out. I thought for sure I was pregnant but nope. So this month same thing if I squeeze either boob white liquid comes out. It's kinda sticky. I'm not pregnant I ovulated on time. Does anyone else have this!?
