Started my third round of clomid today. I ovulate naturally and have been trying 2 years. I'm on 50mg still because I ovulate very well on thT dosage... But why won't I get pregnant! Hubby's SA come back great... What am I doing wrong?!? Why can't I get pregnant?? Preseed and opks in doing everything I can someone please tell me what worked for them!!

Have you tried taking cough medicine containing guafinicine? Not trying to be gross, but it will thin out your cm. If your ovulating & your husband's count & motility are good, maybe "the guys" just aren't getting to where they need to go. Also, elevating your hips for at least 30 minutes (or longer if you can) after bd. Stress plays a big part in fertility issues too. I know it's hard to, but you have to relax & de-stress. It took us 5 rounds be fire I finally got pregnant. It was also the round we found out I ovulated late. So say you take it says 5-9 and then you BD days 11-18 which is the normal. I would keep going till day 21. I ovulated the day before I got my progesterone level checked at day 22. So maybe you are ovulating late on it???

I'm in the same boat too, except this third round on 100mg (2nd round and 3rd) I didn't ovulate they said (cd 21 day progesterone blood test)! I'm so disappointed and I'm so tired of the side effects. I get such painful cramping and the moodiness omg. 😫
