Maternity 21 blood test 😩

I had my second anatomy scan this morning because my daughter wouldn't get into position to view the heart the first time. Well, better pictures were taken today, but small shadows were seen and my midwife wants me to go to a different hospital for another scan and the maternity 21 genetic testing. She mentioned Trisomy 18 and my heart about stopped. She didn't say the baby has it, but I'm a nervous wreck right now. Anyone have some insight for me please? 😔
