Saying no to adult content in cartoons and other programs watched by children?

Answer

Adult content? Are we talking explicit sexual or violent content? Or the occasional veiled grown up joke?

I'm trying to think of anything highly inappropriate that my kids have noticed on a child's cartoon. Like ever. I can't think of anything.

I mean, I'm not fond of the gross out humor. But that's not really adult content.

Answer

Depends on the content. If its violent or obvious sexual innuendo then its definitely a no. But if its just minor that kids wont notice (as far as sexual stuff goes) then its fine. Violence in general I think shouldn't be in there. I mean if it's just a little sissy fight thats fine. But if its like Ren & Stimpy, then NO.
