Lump on breast?

I have a bead like lump in my breast which is also visible from the outside
(It's more promanent in person than it is in the photo but it's still visible)

I have found about 3 of these. I noticed my first one late 2014 and I'm just noticing this one. They are fairly hard and are all for the most part visible. I'm 18 years old is that too young to be diagnosed with breast cancer?? (I know cancer doesn't have an age but I don't do any drugs or anything to promote cancerous behaviour in my body) I've tried looking online for images to try and reference off of but I haven't any luck. If someone could please help me identify what this is or could be and what to do about it that would mean so much to me.

First and foremost, get a doctors appointment. Because we can all give you ideas of what we think it is, but we could be wrong. It's best for you to go to a doctor so they can give you a breast exam (very awkward just forewarning you) but she will be able to feel what is normal and what is abnormal. There are times too if your developing that your breast will form lumps in it as it grows. But that's something that only your doctor will be able to tell!! It's best to check with your doctor, in case it is worst comes to worst breast cancer that it can be caught early! Especially if you are just now noticing it. Breast cancer is extremely dangerous and can spread so easily to other parts of your body.

I had similar lump in my breast and had my doctor check it out and it was just growing lumps.

Do you have have a family history of breast cancer?  If not then I wouldn't worry to much but like others say get it checked out to be on the safe side.

I would get it checked out to be on the safe side. 18 is not to young so don't let put you off going to the doctors. It's probably just a cyst or something. But Better to be safe than sorry.
