Sex education

I'm 14 and 3 weeks ago I learnt about sex education at school. I know this sounds really weird and that I'm going to get judged for this, but yesterday I had sex for the first time as I just wanted to try it. Since then I have found out I have an STI but the doctor didn't tell me much about it. I don't no what to do.
