Try speaking to him about it I did that with my SO and now we're great before he was constantly falling asleep and we would barely even touch each other because he works so much and is constantly exhausted but since we had that talk he really stepped his game up. It also helps if you surprise him sometimes meaning if he's Fallen asleep let him nap for a little and wake him with oral or something my man always love that
