Strollers

First time mom here. What are your recommendations for strollers. I want to keep it under $350. Is a jogger better? We're fairly active with our dogs. Def need some storage and cup holders. Husband is 6'3" and I'm 5'8" so we want something tall enough to stand comfortably. Also, I hate when those 2 front wheels turn and get jammed! Is it best to get one with a car seat that clicks in? Send all your thoughts! :)
