How different is this pregnancy from your other one(s)

I can't tell if this pregnancy is going the same way as it did 7 years ago when I was pregnant with my daughter. I thought when I got pregnant again, I'd be a pro at this and know all the ins and outs. But it's like I'm pulling a blank and I can't remember anything! Is it normal to have the tightness in my lower abdomen, the headaches, or the already bloated belly? I can't remember if and when this started with my daughter or if this pregnancy is just completely different. Any other expecting (again) moms feel the same way?
