Painful fetal movements

I am 40 wks tomorrow and my baby has been more active than ever the last few days and this morning.  She's been moving around like crazy for over an hour and feels like she's been punching my cervix the whole time....ouch!  When I'm standing up and she moves, I've been having extremely sharp pains in my inner and outer thighs that it makes me have to grab something nearby to brace myself 😰 I'm going to my doc appt in 45 minutes.  Hoping his baby comes out soon cause these movements are so uncomfortable!
