Could I possibly be pregnant

Hi I'm a 36 I have an irregular period since tracking it's been anywhere between 30, 32, 35, 42 days. I am on day 43 now still no AF. Saturday and Sunday I had a clear discharge with brown/ red streak. Just 2 times both days. Also had left side pain near pubic bone. Now just clear discharge I have taken several pregnancy test last one today all Negative. Do you think there a possibility I could be pregnant or just getting my hopes up. I have been slightly feeling like I had to vomit but didn't and mild cramps off and on heartburn too
