I'm 11 weeks postpartum and I just got my first period I went to change my tampon and this fell out!! I'm freaking out anyone know what it could be?!? Could I have been pregnant again and now I having a miscarriage???

Blood clots PP are really really common... I got told not to use a tampon for first 3 cycles though :/

Could be a blood clot from not having a period for 9 months.

I had this 1 week postpartum with my first baby, huge golf-ball sized blood clots. I've never had it 11 weeks PP though. They say anything larger than a lemon should be evaluated by a doctor ASAP. Looks normal but might be worth calling your doctor anyways;)

Very common...I had one the size of golf ball with my son. I was concerned at the time too.
