pubic symphysis dysfunction
Is anyone else suffering from this horrible pelvic bone pain
Im only 26 weeks and in pain to were it hurts just to walk and already have a waddle down! I never had none of this pain with my son but this girl is causing me so much pain i told me doctor and all she tells me is this is normal and to apply heat
But ive been doing llight stretches applying heat and got myself a belly band for supprr and nothing is helping 😩 sorry for the rant 🙊
