I'm expecting my 4th baby and with every pregnancy I always had extreme morning sickness.  There is a new medication called Diclegis and its for morning sickness due to pregnancy, but before I was able to get that medication (prior authorization) my doctor said while I was waiting I can take Unisom & B6 and its basically the same thing as Diclegis.  I take 1 Unisom tab with a half of B6 at night before bed and in the morning I take a half of Unisom with a half of B6.  This works great; I'm not 100% but I'm a good 75% with a little nausea but nothing compared to how I was doing when I wasn't taking anything.  Good luck and I hope this helps 👍🏾

I take this stuff twice a day. Once in the morning and once more around 4PM. I've done the Sea Bands, crackers, pepper mints, etc and these are the only thing that has helped.

I asked the pharmacist but I will ask my doctor before I actually use them

I'd ask Dr on anything I put in my body while pregnant. If Dr says its fine go for it. I used Dr prescribed Diclegis for morning sickness.
