Having issues..

Long story short.. My boyfriend moved further away. So not only do we not see each other that much.. But now we dont talk as much. His phone is off and has to be around wifi to text. I know this... But still feels like he should make time or do something to satisfy the fact that i NEED to talk to him more. Instead of just saying its impossible. Ugh!

Any advice? I tell him all the time.. But he always thinks im tryna argue (im not ). So... Idk. Help please
