Embarrasing

I know this is tmi and is very embarrasing but my vaginal odor is very strong and nothing I've tried works!!! One minute it has an onion smell and the next it's fish like.. I've had numeral tests and the gynecologist's I have been to have all got good results back from my tests.. Any suggestions? Or things I can buy to help it? Please comment
