Someone please help me!!!
So i started my period last night been light and no cramps so far. Well i can't sleep because i only have low back and i feel cold so i cover myself but then i feel hot. Some how im having trouble falling asleep again. I ha e to be up by 6am and have 11 hours to work but right now im not feeling like myself and advice? :/
