TTC advise needed after contraception implant removal

I am new to all this and I have read that some women don'trelease an egg every cycle. We have been trying since end of September when I had the implant removed and this cycle I used ovulation kit which for 3 days were extremely positive as the lines were really dark. Do you think I'm back to normal cycles now after implant removal?
