Any body have any issues with the panorama results?????

So I, like many pregnant women had the NEW blood test done called the Panorama. Has anyone else had a phone call from their obgyn discuss an abnormality found within the test results? If so can someone please help calm me down! I do know it's still a newer test but I currently have two beautiful healthy me rivals and have already lost two, one I misscarried in 2011 at 18 weeks and the other was in July 2015 so, needless to say, FREAKING OUT!!!!!! HELP PLEASE
