Sea bands. Are they good?
It's been a week since I started having morning sickness, more like 24 hs nausea and multiple episodes of vomiting.
Constantly belching and reflux is killing me too!
Has someone here tried Sea band? I don't want to take anything that's not natural for these symptoms.
