Gyno fertility appt

I met with my gyno yesterday and the first thing she said to me was that this doesn't mean you can't conceive on your own. Was she just saying that or did she really mean it? We conceived before so idk why it's not happening. She's sending me for progesterone and prolactin blood test as well as an hsg
