Stressed about TTC for no reason?

So last month my hubby was away all month except one weekend, we BD and j convinced myself I was pg ( without really even tracking my cycle or even knowing when I ovulated) I didn't end up pregnant and was heart broken, so this month we BD 4 days during fertile window and used pree seed, I'm freaking about wondering if I'm pg because I read all this sad stories about it taking so long for others to get pg! AF is due in 5 days so we shall see!
