Question!! Any help would be great :)

So today and once last week I had a weird clear snot like discharge. I have no pain with it at all and I don't notice it until I wipe after using the bathroom. I don't itch down there or anything at all so I don't think it's any kind of infection. I do have a mirena and have had it since October of 2013 so it could be something with that? I don't know. I do have a cold and read somewhere that it can throw off your ph balance and cause that kind of discharge to occur, but I just wanted ideas or opinions. I don't know if I should be concerned and call my gyno or if it is a normal occurance. Thanks ladies :)
