Pregnant with the 1st Baby

So I took 5 test all came back positive noticed some bleeding and got a little worried. So I called and went into my OBGYN's office they did blood work and the numbers are on the rise. I told the nurse about the bleeding and she assured me as long as im not having cramps while bleeding I'll be fine.. It's if I start cramping that i need to be worried.
