Hard to breathe while in shower ?

Has this happened to anyone else ? I was in the shower for about 20 minutes and I started to have trouble breathing and felt dizzy then I blacked out !!! Next thing I know I'm catching myself from falling out in the shower. That was just the scariest thing ever. Anybody know why this could have happened ? Has this happened to anybody else ?

Don't have the shower too hot and try not stay in that long. Same thing happened to me

Maybe from the heat/steam? Getting dehydrated like sitting in a sauna.

It usually happens to me just when I get out. So I always have a glass of ice water on the sink. Cool off quickly and rehydrate.

Happens to me with every pregnancy and even afterwards. This is baby #3 and I only take baths because of it. Combination of low iron and the heat making your blood pressure drop. It will also drop the baby's blood pressure so be careful. I wasn't aware of this until this pregnancy when I got a new dr. It's scary

Just happened to me in the shower, i didnt black out or get dizzy, i opened the bathroom doors and made the room cooler then sat in the bathtub with water raining on me and tried to breathe deeper. So uncomfortable. Makes me want to not wash my hair bc thats what takes forever! And i cant imagine drinking anything bc theres no room! Im so bloated, i havent even started showing. Im a petite woman at 5'3" and 105 9w5d

Possibly low iron too.  That's happened to me before.
