I am pregnant with our second child that is due March 30th.  I tore very badly with my son and I'm curious to know if it will happen again with her?  Noah wasn't a huge baby, but I had the worst 4th degree tear they have seen in quite some time.  Should I be worried? I was lucky the last time and asked for an epidural at the last minute due to having back labor pains.  I was hoping I could try to go natural, but I definitely want the epidural if there is a chance I will tear the same way. Anyone experience this before?
