Baby is head down

I always feel movement so low almost in my vagina and hardly up so I wonder howcome I don't feel kicks I did feel them a few times but not much..I always feel movement at the bottom and gyni said baby is head down at last 30 week app now 32 weeks..anyone else? Hardly feel kicks and more punches I'm assuming..
