6DPO symptoms

My stomachs twinging like mad, I want to be the pregnant woman so so bad. Is my mind playing tricks on me and giving me false symptoms? Boobs hurt and look full, my nipples are bigger, my belly twinges/cramps.. I feel sick (probably anxious) lower back ache, appetites all over the place.. come on baby come and implant 😩😂❤️
