Something a little different
If you were on a deserted island and could only bring 2 things with you, what would they be? There's plenty of food and fresh water there and none of the I'd bring a boat. It's not available!
I would bring a good book (that I know I would want to read over and over) and a knife (never know when your going to need one) :-)
