Bbt help!
When you o and your temp drops, does it just drop for one day and then goes up again? Also, does a temp drop indicate ovulation that day or that it will happen in 12-36 hours (like a pos opk indicates)?
Sidenote - I can't believe I spent a good 10 years of my life trying to not get pregnant! I had no clue how much effort..and patience are involved hahaha!
