Tmi maybe?

This might be tmi but for the last few days my breast have been really tender and sore. They also seem swollen and feels like pressure in them which is causing them to hurt. I'm a first timer at this and I'm only 24 weeks and 3 days. Is this normal? Will anything help?

I know this sounds super gross and I'm sure a lot of people will get on to me for it. But mine hurt really bad one night (worse than usual) and my mom said she thought I had a clogged milk duct? And she told me to take a warm shower and squeeze them a little to get everything circulating, and some colostrum came out (watery yellowish stuff) and it helped a ton! I don't know if there was too much pressure or what. I didn't like squeeze it all out or anything, just a little bit and it relieved so much pain.

Oh yes very normal. . Surprised you didn't feel it sooner actually.. nothing really helps mine. Just gotta deal through it..
