I am in the process of having a miscarriage, I've been bleeding like a heavy period for about two weeks now but yesterday it became very heavy, I was passing fist sized clots and soaking a pad within 25 minutes so I went to the emergency room and they gave me iv fluid but told me that my body is doing its thing and it doesn't look like I will need a d&c. They said the sac is passing through my cervix (they did an internal ultrasound) and it should pass within the next day or so. They said after that, the bleeding should get lighter. Have any of you ladies gone through it like this before? What was your experience like?
