Got SCREWED!! What would you do!?

I won't go into crazy details (you can refer to my other post about my job) but the other day I was dragged into our office and told I was UNDERQUALIFIED for a position I was hired for. The temp I was training for my maternity leave is REPLACING me. I received a paper to sign stating that this was true, and if I left without signing I forfeited my position at work. My employer made it clear they had already sought legal aid about the situation. In that paper it said THEY had two weeks to decided what to do with me. (Basically keep me or let me go). If they keep me they will dramatically cut my hours down to me working 1 day a week at best. I could hold out for unemployment and I'm not saying in quitting just yet BUT they want to avoid paying me unemployment hense keeping me on and cutting my hours to one day. What's worse is I gathered my documentation, sought litigation, social services and labor board and pretty much was told they screwed me the right and legal way. (I know this sounds unjust but trust me I there are tons of details in trying to spare) It is absolutely infuriating. I'm the breadwinner and am due in 6 weeks!!!! I cry one minute and get angry the next! By the way this is a small company so I am not covered under FMLA in any way. Staying would also mean directly training my own replacement for the next two weeks and the owner who's trying to screw me. And what worse is I am the HR department!
