Sex and emotional attachment

I know  this technically is not the app that should be used for a question like this, but I recently gave my virginity to someone I actually liked physically and mentally. And after having sex with him twice and one argument later we do not talk as much. How would I go about emotionally unattaching myself from a man who apparently doesn't have my best interests at heart and doesn't make any effort.
